Ordering and Services

Deposit: Must be received within 14 days of your invoice date or your date will be opened for other clients to book.. You must cancel your event 14-days in advance to receive a refund of your deposit. The remaining estimated balance will be due 7 days prior to the event. Any additional balance will require payment within 7 days after your event.

Placing an Order: Someone is available to take your order 7 days a week at (610) 804-8954. Please give as much notice as possible when ordering.

Notice: All food is made to order and requires a minimum of 24-hours notice. Two to three business days is recommended for groups of 20 or more.

Minimum Orders: Due to the quality, quantity and labor involved in preparing our food, we must ask for a 5 person minimum when ordering..

Delivery: There is a 7% delivery charge for the delivery of cold items and a 10% charge for the delivery, set-up and pick-up of hot buffets. Traffic, security issues, parking, construction, weather and other issues beyond our control may delay delivery. Please provide a 30-minute window for delivery time.

Event Planning Services: Designer Catering provides a wide array of other services to make your event an easy and fun experience. We can help you find a venue, entertainment, photographer, florist, etc.

Fund-Raising Events: We are happy to provide our services at a discount for any fund-raising events.

Staffing: Servers, Bartenders, Coat Check and Valet are available for your event. They are paid hourly and charges include set-up, event time and breakdown.

Special Requests: Designer Catering prides itself on honoring all special requests, however, we do ask that you give us at least 48-hour advance notice due to the fact that we may have to make arrangements to obtain items we do not usually stock.

Corporate Catering: Payment is due at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. You may cancel your order up to 24 hours prior to delivery at no charge. Any cancellation placed within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Taxes: Local sales tax is added to all orders. Tax-exempt organizations must provide certification.
